Hope CDA is currently working to rehabilitate 30-35 eligible low- and moderate-income homeowners who are rebuilding their Katrina-damaged homes in Hancock, Harrison, Jackson, or Pearl River Counties. Due to the large number of applicants on the waitlist for the program we are not accepting applications at this time.
Program Requirements:

All names on the deed must be able apply

Must be below 120% AMI

Damages must be Katrina related

Applicants cannot own multiple homes

Must carry all applicable home insurance policies for 5 years after completion of repairs
